This task focuses on architecture within the general operating model of the digital infrastructure department.
Define target state
- Get2Know’s & internal process expert interviews
- Presentation Process Scope & “State-of-The-Art”
- Maturity Survey (based on maturity matrix)
- Workshop 1 “Target Maturity”– Consolidate survey results & discuss different views
- Workshop 2 “To-Be” – Review Ideal subprocesses (Level 2)
- Leadership review & validation on subprocesses
- Final Ideal processes presentation
Requirements
- The task is part of a wider program on organizational development and requires both technical understanding of IT architecture for an infrastructure provider as well as expertise in organizational development.
- Key technical requirements
- Expertise in enterprise & solution architecture
- Experience in IT Infrastructure engineering
- Knowledge in IT processes of Service validation & testing, release and deployment management, request fulfillment
- Proficiency in analyzing and defining IT service development processes
- Experience in Organizational Development (especially Turnaround) in that area

- Ability to speak, read and write fluently English
- Be able to work both autonomous and in a team
