Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) across our organization or client base.
- The role involves coordinating data collection, supporting ESG reporting processes, aligning sustainability practices with regulatory requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate disclosures in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSRD compliance and reporting projects.
- Assist in interpreting CSRD and ESRS requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Ensure alignment of data collection and reporting processes with CSRD and ESRS.
- Help prepare double materiality assessments and gap analyses.
- Assist with integrating sustainability metrics into internal systems and reports.
- Support the preparation of the sustainability section in the management report.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG consulting, compliance, or corporate responsibility.
