Job Description

We are seeking an SAP Support Consultant responsible for maintaining and supporting SAP systems to ensure seamless business operations.

  • The ideal candidate will troubleshoot user issues, support ongoing system enhancements, and work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various modules.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve SAP system issues and errors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for end-users, logging and managing incidents or service requests via ITSM tools.
  • Monitor and manage system performance, batch jobs, and interfaces.
  • Assist in user training and documentation of processes.
  • Participate in testing during upgrades and rollouts.
