We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to provide configuration and technical support for key business systems, ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and continuous process optimization.
- This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, system administration, documentation, and problem-solving for platforms such as DMS, TIS, WMS, and ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration Support: Process service requests from internal departments or external customers related to system settings—such as account setup, access control, and parameter adjustments—to align with business requirements.
- System Configuration Management: Maintain and manage configurations of critical business systems (e.g., DMS, TIS, WMS, ERP) to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
- Demand Analysis & Optimization: Analyze user requests and system usage patterns to identify areas for improvement; propose and implement optimization solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Technical Consultation & User Support: Provide reliable and professional technical consultation, resolve user issues promptly, and ensure effective communication to maintain high user satisfaction.
