We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
- In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring the functional quality of financial software products such as loans and leasing solutions.
- This is a hands-off testing role focused on ensuring the right functionality and quality are delivered, with close involvement in process design and release coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and refine business and technical requirements based on customer feedback and internal stakeholder input.
- Create detailed user stories with clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor and validate functional logic related to financial products, such as loans and leases.
- Utilize and help improve internal test environments and regression testing processes.
- Coordinate product demos, maintain documentation, and prepare release notes.
- Ensure functional accuracy and product quality through control and validation (no hands-on coding or manual testing).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, functional testing, or product ownership.
- Strong experience writing user stories and working with process-oriented thinking.
