Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
- You will analyze current systems, propose modern architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Skills Required
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and relational databases
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, OpenID Connect, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Experience with workflow engines like Flowable, Camunda, or Activity
- Familiarity with architectural tools such as Visio, Draw.io, and frameworks like C4 or arc42 (training provided)
- Strong design skills for scalable and efficient system architectures
Detailed Description
- Analyze and document the current workflow systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose strategies for evolving legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions.
- Design and maintain robust data models that support business objectives.
- Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to discuss project requirements and scope.
- Perform data analysis, query databases, and optimize performance.
- Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and other essential documentation.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals.
Qualification
- Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience in IT
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, relational databases, and modern architectural frameworks
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
