Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team.

  • You will monitor planning, budgeting, and follow-up of assigned projects (short and medium term) to help achieve annual operational objectives, in close cooperation with local teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor the implementation of the roll-out plan and construction activities in your area.
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with national program managers and local design/construction teams Facilitating regular coordination meetings.
  • Ensure timely execution, budget adherence, quality, volume, and site safety.
  • Act as a key contact for other Proximus departments (EBU, CBU, CUO, etc.).
  • Proactively manage and follow up on issues, share lessons learned and best practices.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Proximus in both public and private domains.
Experience
  • 3–5 years experience in design and/or construction (preferably telecom).
  • Operational service experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience with investment projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
Technical Skills
  • Solid knowledge of telecommunication networks.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Interest in technical, operational, and financial aspects of projects.
  • Effective leadership
