We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our multi-national product management team.
- In this role, you will create and manage high-quality technical documentation for our security, backup, and GRC product suite, as well as internal tools.
- You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure documentation and user-facing content are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with product updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical product documentation in French and English using DITA standards with tools like Oxygen XML Editor.
- Translate or coordinate translations of content, primarily between English and French (knowledge of German is a strong plus).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of documentation.
- Create and maintain user interface text, product change logs, and release notes.
- Support translation workflows using translation management systems (e.g., memoQ, SDL Trados Studio).
- Respond to internal queries regarding documented products and support knowledge transfer across departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
