Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the needs of end-users to create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Develop clear and structured user manuals, including operation, maintenance, and safety guides.
- Ensure documentation meets group standards and aligns with best practices.
- Work closely with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
- Incorporate illustrations, diagrams, and other visual aids to improve comprehension.
- Conduct peer reviews and integrate feedback to refine technical content.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all documentation.
- Ensure the latest documentation is readily available and up to date.
- Proofread, edit, and structure documents to enhance readability and adherence to style guidelines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Additional technical writing certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in an engineering or technical environment.
