We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools, including both manual and automated testing.
- The ideal candidate will lead and manage testing activities across various stages of development, including embedded systems, ensuring quality assurance processes align with project goals, deadlines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies based on ISTQB principles.
- Apply appropriate testing methodologies for manual, automated, and embedded software testing.
- Plan and manage test phases within project constraints of time, cost, and quality.
- Monitor test milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Apply specific testing techniques tailored to embedded systems and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
