Job Description

  • Ensure the strategic management of ticketing renewal: integrate the vision and strategic issues already defined and guarantee their compliance in the commercial and technical choices that will be made to renew the systems
  • Support the operation of the Customer Experience and Systems department: Collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen system ownership and ensure consistency of projects and processes
  • Ensure the management of the ticketing renewal program: supervise the program teams and internal employees to implement the new ticketing system, including material issues, data and technological tools, organizational aspects and business processes
  • In this context, ensure budget management, the definition and monitoring of schedules and the direct supervision of the work of the internal and external collaborators who will make up his team
    Contribute knowledge of procurement: Contribute to the drafting of the public procurement documents necessary for the purpose of the contract and to the selection of service providers able to provide the best level of service
  • Significant experience in the implementation and management of ticketing projects for public transport operators
  • Mastery of PSP / acquirer issues
  • Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Understanding of the challenges of integration between systems
  • Knowledge of the public sector
