We are seeking a dynamic and strategic UVP Facilitator to lead workshops and collaborative sessions aimed at helping businesses, teams, or clients define, refine, and articulate their Unique Value Proposition.
- As a UVP Facilitator, you will guide stakeholders through structured discovery processes, aligning business goals, customer needs, and market differentiation into a compelling value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and facilitate UVP discovery workshops for clients, business units, or product teams.
- Guide stakeholders through exercises to define target customers, key benefits, differentiators, and competitive landscape.
- Translate workshop outputs into clear, concise, and actionable value propositions.
- Align UVP development with overall branding, marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, leadership) to validate and test UVP statements.
- Document outcomes, insights, and deliverables for strategic and operational use.
