Familiarize yourself with the existing situation and take ownership of the Police context as well as operational needs. To do this, it will be necessary to consult the various stakeholders (with the functional analyst) in order to obtain a complete mapping of the needs.
To propose designs that make it simple and intuitive, in which navigation and transitions between different screens are fluid and logical.
Ensure that applications can adapt to different screen sizes and device types (computer, tablet, smartphone). The density of information must be appropriate and allow easy reading, regardless of the medium used.
Offering clear and non-redundant functionalities. The design must be clean and legible, the density of information must be easy to read, and the contrasts between the different elements must be sufficient.
Participate in the definition of the scope of the application and the MVP (with the functional analyst), and write the user stories to achieve this MVP.
Assist developers in the implementation of your design by supporting them and basing your work on CSS frameworks such as PrimeNG, while providing them with references or directly embeddable CSS code.
Test the application, organize user testing sessions, and propose corrective actions resulting from these tests in order to adapt the application accordingly.
Desired profile
You have a background in UX/UI Design, solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, as well as in the use of frameworks such as PrimeNG, all accompanied by significant experience in a similar function.
You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
You are able to synthesize the needs of users with various profiles, in order to provide clear, understandable and usable deliverables by the technical teams.
You effectively collect user feedback during test sessions, and are able to translate it into concrete and relevant actions.
You are an expert in prototyping interfaces and also have a good knowledge of vector drawing. You are proficient in tools such as Figma and Illustrator.
You are fluent in English and at least one of the two national languages. Active knowledge of one national language and passive (at least) knowledge of the other is a real asset.
You have experience in a comparable environment. Knowledge of the functioning of the Police, and in particular of the Federal Judicial Police, is an important advantage.
