Responsibilities:

- Design and implement CRM and CPQ solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Cloudsense CPQ.
- Develop and optimize Lead-to-Cash workflows to improve sales and contract management processes.
- Perform process modeling (BPMN, UML) to document current and future state business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct API modeling and integration between CRM and backend systems for seamless data exchange.
