Responsibilities:
- Manage production batch scheduling using various schedulers like Jaguar Console, Control-M, and Autosys.
 - Handle L2/L3 incident processing and troubleshooting across multiple production environments.
 - Deploy application versions and manage application patching using Jenkins and other deployment tools.
 - Manage and monitor job failures, analyze logs, and modify/adapt batch jobs to ensure smooth operations.
 - Handle file transfers using CFT, FTP, SFTP, and SCP on platforms like AXWAY Central Governance and BIGFTP.
 - Perform Oracle database management, including schema updates and job execution using PFTL and ODI.
 - Maintain WebLogic corridors and oversee middleware management for application stability.
 - Conduct non-regression testing (TNR) and ensure system stability through structured testing methodologies.
 - Automate industrial processes using Shell, C, and C++ scripting to optimize batch job performance.
 - Manage change requests, perform build deployments, and support application releases.
 - Provide production support by resolving system and application incidents in a timely manner.
 - Write and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for IT operations.
