  • Technical Sales Support – Collaborating with sales teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and create business cases for IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • IT Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization – Assisting with system deployments, migrations, and performance optimizations to enhance IT efficiency.
  • Technical Consultancy & Advisory – Advising clients on IT strategies, architecture, and best practices to align technology investments with business goals.
